Our 2018 Season

We had a phenomenally successful 2017 - with over $65000 raised for the Ashintosh Foundation and our charities: Karuna Hospice, Beyond Blue and Share the Dignity.

We have a very exciting program in store for all our fans in 2018. You can download our 2018 Season Brochure by CLICKING HERE. Don't forget to save the dates: 

  • Sunday 15th April - A Space Odyssey (tickets on sale NOW!)
  • Sunday 15th July - Virtuosis 2018 (tickets on sale 1st May)
  • Sunday 16th December - Carols and Cures (tickets on sale 1st October)

All concerts will be held at St Peter's Lutheran College's fantastic Performing Arts Centre in Indooroopilly. You can also find out more about these events via our UPCOMING EVENTS page.

To save you the trouble of remembering to purchase your tickets - don't forget you can buy a season subscription by joining 2018's QMO Friends. This is VIP membership that ensures you will have reserved tickets to each concert this year, with access to VIP afternoon tea, for an opportunity to mingle with our performers and special guests. Subscription will close on 1st March, so hurry if you would like to join.

Virtuosis 2019

This year's Virtuosis will again feature some of our best soloists in the orchestra in various concertos. This is a challenging classical repertoire that is sure to impress, and will feature soloists from each section of the orchestra, showcasing some of our most talented members. The concert is on Sunday 30th June, starting at 2pm. Please note our new concert venue: Edmund Rice Performing Arts Centre in St Laurence's College, South Brisbane. Come and enjoy brilliant Virtuosos and mesmerising performances.
