Grab your tickets now - ‘ VIRTUOSIS’ - the QMO’s annual mid-year concert will be held on Sunday 13th July at ERPAC, St Laurence’s College (South Brisbane) @ 2pm. This performance is always the highlight of our musical calendar, as we undertake more challenging repertoire from the canon of classical music. Moreover, we are delighted to be featuring the virtuosic talents of some amazing musicians within the QMO Family. We are excited to announce the following repertoire for this concert:

Do you hear the people sing? They are performing music from the land of revolution, renaissance and romance! Some of the greatest works in the canon of classical music were written or performed in France. This will be sound of the first concert of 2025 'Vive la France' on Sunday 6th April (2pm) at ERPAC.
We are particularly excited by what we have in store for you on our program, including:

We are so excited that our upcoming Virtuosis 2024 on Sunday 14th July has sold out. We will be performing as a full orchestra and choir in the state-of-art Talbot Theatre for the first time.

Our Spring Soiree Concert is coming up next Sunday (24th September). This concert will feature some of the most talented members of the Queensland Medical Orchestra, who will be putting on a great afternoon of chamber music. There will be a variety of ensembles, ranging from the classical piano trio, a string quartet to a brass ensemble, flute choir and horn group. The variation is not only in the combination (and number) of instruments, but also in the repertoire performed, covering all musical styles.
